What are Telecare's Opening Hours?Please take note of our opening hours: Clinical and healthcare consultations are available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Please be aware that these hours are subject to the availability of healthcare providers. Our administrative business hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

What is PressureCare Connect?PressureCare Connect is a program designed to help individuals manage high blood pressure (hypertension) effectively. Through convenient access to Medical Council of Belize and Ministry of Health and Wellness certified doctors and healthcare professionals, it offers real-time support via Doctor-by-Text or WhatsApp and in-person consultations. The program focuses on monitoring blood pressure, providing timely follow-ups, managing prescriptions, and coordinating care with specialists as needed. PressureCare Connect simplifies hypertension management, offering personalized health guidance to ensure individuals can maintain their well-being and stay on top of their condition.

Are doctors and other healthcare providers on Telecare Health available to provide telemedicine consultations on public and bank holidays?At Telecare Health, we know that medical needs can happen any day. While doctors may have different schedules on holidays, we are working to cover more days. Our goal is to make sure you get the care you need, even on holidays. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

How do I pay?After you sign up for a service, we will send you a payment link from Atlantic Bank. You can use your debit or credit card to make the payment.

What devices or technology do I need to access Telecare teleconsults?You will need a device with video, audio, and a microphone, like a mobile phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet. Make sure you have a reliable, high-speed internet connection. Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in. Your device will also need texting or WhatsApp capabilities. For video calls, we use Google Meet.

Can doctors in the Telecare Health platform provide Social Security Sickness medical certificates for patients to request time off from work and receive reimbursement from the Social Security Board of Belize and their employer?Absolutely! Our telemedicine platform provides Social Security Board (SSB) medical certificates for patients who need time off from work due to illness.
