Family members are defined as including immediate family (parents and their children) and grandparents. Children are defined as minors less than 18 years of age with no dependents that reside in their parents' home. Grandparents are defined as older adults greater than 65 years old. The Health Elite Plus 1 covers a total of up to 7 family members. The Helath Elite Plus 2 covers a total of up to 8 family members. The Health Elite Plus 3 covers a total of up to 9 family members The Health Elite Plus 4 covers a total of up to 10 family members.
